CCPI Inc., a leading North American manufacturer
of refractory and temperature sensing products for the steel
and aluminum industries, is pleased to announce that it has acquired Permatech, Inc. located in Graham, NC. Permatech has a broad offering of products for the aluminum and molten metal industries including refractory consumables and molten metal handling systems. The addition of the complimentary Permatech products to the products offered by the CCP division of CCPI, will create a much broader product offering for both companies’ customer base. We are confident that the combination of our two companies will provide the means to better serve our molten metal and aluminum processing customers more effectively now and moving forward.
As we move forward, the two companies will continue to operate out of their current facilities in Blanchester, OH and Graham, NC and there have been no changes in management or personnel. Purchase orders and communications can be processed as usual to CCPI and Permatech independently until further notice. In the near future, CCPI and Permatech will be combining field service and sales to better serve our customers.
